Morris Alon Ltd. is a real estate entrepreneurship and execution company founded in 1982 by Morris Alon, an entrepreneur with a cumulative experience of over 50 years in the construction industry.
The company focuses on construction entrepreneurship in Jerusalem and its surroundings and has contractor classification C 5 (unlimited). In its early years, the company was involved in project management for the Matathiu Lifshitz Ltd. company, and Morris even served as the company's vice president. Over the years, the company expanded into the execution field. It began to deal with the construction of large-scale public projects such as schools, sports halls, academic institutions, and nursing homes. The most prominent of these projects are the student center in Hadassah Ein Kerem, the "Golden Age" nursing home in the Katmonim neighborhood, the "Bezalel" Academy of Arts, the "Neve Amit" nursing home, the office building of the Jerusalem district M.E.C., the large Beit Midrash of the Belez Hasidim, and more.
Alon Zaken Ltd
Alon Zaken Ltd. was established in 2012 and comprised the former employees and managers of the Morris Alon company. The founders of the company are Ilan Zaken and Yaron Alon. Both are veteran employees of Morris Alon Ltd. Ilan worked for 18 years as a senior project manager responsible for executing dozens of projects for public buildings, institutions, and residential apartments in Jerusalem and the surrounding area. Yaronworked in the company as a senior project manager while managing many complex projects.
The company is considered a leader in the field of real estate execution in Jerusalem and the surrounding area. The company employs engineers, forepersons, and about 100 professional construction workers, some of whom have 25 years of experience.
Construction of hundreds of residential housing units over the years
Ten years after its establishment, the Morris Alon company also began to be involved in residential construction and, among other things, built 264 housing units in the city of Ashkelon as a mortgage company, 135 housing units in the city of Modi'in, 32 housing units in Ramat Beit Hakerem, as well as 36 housing units in Givat Ze'ev. Today, the Morris Alon company carries out many projects in cooperation with the Alon Zaken Ltd. company (consisting of former employees).
Unique expertise in preserving historic buildings
The company has a lot of accumulated experience in restoring and renovating sites of historical importance; for example, renovation of the hall and the book and the dome in the Israel Museum, as well as dismantling and reconstruction of facades on Jaffa Street in Jerusalem for the light rail. All these works were done as the primary operating contractor.

Alon Zaken Ltd. specializes in constructing public buildings, institutions, and residential apartments. Since its establishment, it has carried out several projects for Morris Alon Ltd: the construction of 7 buildings, including 42 housing units in Givat Ze'ev, and the construction of 66 housing units, a combination of saturated and attached construction (in settlement of Zur Hadassah. In addition, the company built 8 buildings for the Lev Hamatmonim association in Givat Ze'ev and a residential project in the ShoafatRange - Ramot Shlomo in Jerusalem, within which the company is building a complex of 6 buildings with 125 housing units. In addition, the company is building a Beit Midrash public building in Jerusalem. All the projects are completed in full partnership with the Morris Alon company.
Performs the skeleton work itself without subcontractors
The Alon Zaken company carries out the skeleton of the buildings with the company's salaried employees under the supervision of forepersons. It does not hand over the work to subcontractors, as is customary in the industry. This optimal form of management allows the company to maintain the quality of construction in the projects it builds for the benefit of its customers. The company also owns innovative and advanced equipment for construction, such as equipment for skeletal work from the German company PERI, tower cranes, telescopic loaders, generators, heavy vehicles, and more.
